"I was misled by the amenities advertised on the internet as being provided at this hotel. They do not have tea/coffee facilities in the room nor a fridge. The hotel apologised and took this up with the internet provider and asked if I wished to change hotel. Unfortunately as I was meeting others at this hotel - this was not an easy option.
Whilst there I reported a broken bed - which they fixed. The hairdryer did not work - however I did not discover this until shortly before I was checking out and advised them then.
I, personally, did not like the fact that if you opened the curtains to let light in you, could be seen by everyone who was walking to their own rooms.
Breakfast was limited and they stopped serving at 8.00am. The Coffee Shop up the road was a muich better bet."

"the room was dirty. there was no soap, toilet paper or shampoo in the restroom. the bed sheets had not been changed because i found paper in it. the towels had stains all over them. when i called to complain about this the front desk gentleman was extremely rude and did not apologize. I feel like i basically got ripped off money wise because if i wanted to stay in a roach motel i would have. if it had not been 2am and i had a 10am flight out of atlanta i would not have stayed 2 minutes in that room."
